We want you to love your products, and work hard to ensure you do! However, if something is not right, we want to help. Here is our return and exchange policy:

We only accept exchanges for certain items. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include headwear (hats, scrunchies, etc), drinkware, dog toys, and dog bowls.

All other items can be returned for store credit only.

Any item being returned must be done so within two weeks of receiving the item. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition.
