When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order. Most of our products are made-to-order and require us to make them before they ship out.
We currently ship items via Canada Post, and are confined by their shipping times.
Need it faster? When you check out, there will be an option for "skip the line" processing. This essentially bumps you to to the top of our list (we will process your order before others) and we will turn your order around (process and ship it out) within one business day. It is an additional $20 flat rate.
How fast is the shipping?
We find that most customers receive their orders within 3-7 business days. We work very hard to ship out your order as fast as possible, but once the product is at the post office, timing is out of our hands :)
What is local pick up & How does it work?
Local pick up is free and available to any customer who can make it to the North Shore.
Once you place your order, please wait until you receive a second email indicating that your order is ready for pick up. At this time, I will provide you with the specific address.
Your order will be left outside, under cover for you to grab at your convenience any time between 8am and 8 pm
What is your return/ exchange policy?
We want you to love your products, and work hard to ensure you do! However, if something is not right, we want to help. Here is our return and exchange policy:
We only accept exchanges for certain items. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include headwear (hats, scrunchies, etc), drinkware, and dog bowls.
All other items can be returned for store credit only.
Any item being returned must be done so within two weeks of receiving the item. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition.
As a small business, we cannot cover the cost of shipping for returns.
